Stages of cooperation

Step 1

Certainly! Please provide me with your email address, and I will promptly send you the Technical Specification for your project. Once you've reviewed it, I'll be able to offer you an estimate of both the timeline and cost for your order.

Afterwards, you have the option to make the full payment or a 50% deposit upfront based on the total cost. Choose whichever works best for you!

Step 3

Once payment or deposit has been made, I will proceed to create a simple 3D model of the space as outlined in the Technical Specification. Upon completion, I will provide you with several perspectives to choose from. You can then review these perspectives and select the one that best aligns with your vision. Once approved, I will continue with the next stage of the project.

Step 4

Once you've selected and approved the perspective, I will commence the process of creating the sketch based on that chosen perspective. It's important to note that once the perspective is approved, changes to it will not be possible. To ensure that we're aligned and to accommodate any final adjustments, please let me know if there are any additional changes or considerations before providing the go-ahead to proceed with the sketch creation. Your satisfaction is my priority, and I'm here to address any concerns or modifications you may have.

Step 5

Within 1-3 days after approving the perspective, you`ll receive a ready-to-go sketch from me. The sketch will have a watermark and will be lower quality. You`ll also the opportunity to provide two rounds of versions. The revision will be free of charge, as long as they don`t exceed 10% of the total volume of the completed sketch. I`d like to bring to your attention that revisions are only accepted within a 10 business day timeframe. After this period, any additional revisions will be subject to charges.

If you have already made a deposit, now is the perfect time to settle the remaining balance for your order. Once that`s taken care of, I`ll incorporate your requested revision.

Step 7

I`ll send you the sketch in its original quality in any formats you need - JPEG, PNG, PDF, any others. Please note that I won`t be able to provide the original working files from program used.
